The homeopathic dose is a few drops. It’s good to start there if apprehensive 

1 pipette squeeze is roughly 1ml

1ml = .25gr 

4ml = 1gr

Micro dose is 1-4 pipettes 1 to 2 times a day for 1-3months. GABA and acetylcholine have a cumulative effect reaching saturation at around two weeks of daily consumption. With lasting  therapeutic effect after completion of the micro dosing course.
