Avi-Esther, is based in the New Forest National Park in Hampshire, England.
She is a trained and very experienced trauma informed transformational guide, with certifications in hypnosis, NLP, creative healing technique, ancestral healing, birth doula, tantra, “Birth-Into-Being” facilitation, shamanic healing techniques, rebirthing, earth wisdoms and psychic development teaching.
Facilitating personal healing, ancestral healing and peaceful-birth preparation since 2011. Personally working and studying shamanic healing methods since 2005 including 7 years deep study and work with ancestral and inner family healing systems with Bert Helineger’s Family Constellations and Fritz Perls’ Gestalt Therapy. Alongside 4 years working with and studying Pesso-Boyden Therapy alongside Dr. Porges’polyvagal theory and multi-tradition shamanic trance dance-movement somatic emotional release practices, Avi-Esther offers mystic teachings, embodiment healing and mentorship.
She has studied medicinal herbs and mushrooms intently since 2018 and facilitates Amanita Muscaria and symbiotic herbal and mycelial friends microdose coaching and larger dose journey ceremony to help heal, reconnect and/or expand one’s abilities in a powerful, healing, rooted, practical and gentle way.
She has guided hundreds of journeys for people, both with and without substances. She has researched chemistry and biological mechanisms, searched out myths and stories from the old world to listen for the motifs of the sacraments she works with. So she understands how to honour the ancients of the land who worked with these entheogens along side the science and ethical practices. Through embodied integration, Avi Esther, helps make the experience relevant and meaningful for each person and group by supporting their relationship with themselves and nature rather than pushing her own “way” onto them.
Ethics and Integrity are foundational pillars of her work and life. It is a joy and an honour for her to be present with each person she works with and she is always excited to help uncover, heal and create together.
Since childhood she has had regular paranormal experiences with spirits, elementals, extra terrestrials as well as performed spontaneous miraculous healings.
Studying tarot and mystic arts since 2000 and working as complimentary childbirth coach since 2006. She has studied and worked in dance, performing & fine art, digital & video arts since 1990 and received a Bachelors in Communication Arts and Design 2005.
