In the four online sharing circles we will meet you, where you are over the 6 week journeying alone-together.
The first circle you will meet the spirit of Amanita Muscaria through a guided meditation mixed with aligned lore, as well as receive practical information about medicinally and spiritually working with a. muscaria.
The first two weeks are microdosing and recording dreams.
In the second circle you will experience the elements within you, as you, through guided meditations. The circles will include Journey Preparation, space for Q&A, guided integration practices and support. There will also be a virtual community space for peer support and conversation as well as “on-call” zoom room for journey support with Avi Esther.
The second two weeks will include a low dose journey along side macrodosing and recording your dreams.
The third circle will include journey sharing and guided integration and support. A grounding embodying healing meditation and space for Q&A as well as what is needed to be presenced in the group.
